#IGetIt
Mental health affects everyone, yet support, access, and resources vary widely. We aim to bring together nonprofits and celebrities to highlight diverse solutions, raise awareness, and create an impactful campaign that floods social channels with resources, empowering individuals to access support.
Igniting a Movement of Support and Connection
for Mental Health Awareness Month
What We Asked Participants to Share:
We invited participants to reflect on what helps them feel grounded or at peace by sharing a photo or video—something personal like a favorite place, a calming activity, an object, a pet, or a journal.
We asked them to begin their post with #IGetIt and include a short one-liner or story explaining why that image mattered to their mental health, ending with the phrase:
“We all need moments to reset. This is mine.”
To keep the momentum going, we encouraged them to tag a mental health nonprofit or resource and invite a friend or two to share their own.
Sharing these moments created a positive, uplifting space that reminded people they’re not alone. It invited honesty, connection, and inclusivity—reminding us all that mental health looks different for everyone, but support is something we can all offer.
We're excited to offer support for your mental well-being.
In addition to our free resource guide, Calm is giving away 250 free one-year subscriptions to help you relax and recharge, and BetterHelp
is offering 500 vouchers for three months of free online therapy.
If you receive a BetterHelp voucher, you'll have 7 days to redeem it—so be sure to claim it quickly and start your journey toward feeling better.

Mental Health Matters. Wear #IGetIt.
Join the movement by wearing a #IGetIt shirt or sweatshirt to show your support for mental health awareness and equity. Your voice—and your wardrobe—can
help amplify vital resources, spark conversations, and remind others
they’re not alone.
Listening to music can reduce anxiety, improve mood, and even lower cortisol levels. Studies have shown that just 30 minutes of listening to relaxing music can significantly reduce stress and promote mental healing.
